Our prices are reached on condition of floor and location of job, for example prices for works in major cities with parking restrictions, congestion charges, heavy traffic and awkward access will be considerably higher than local jobs in easily accessable towns and villages. In short we charge city rates for cities and country rates for small towns and villages.

The condition of the floor can also reflect on the price somewhat, for example we consider a floor covered in bitchumin (normally virgin floors) "In poor condition", A floor previously sanded at one stage of its life "In average condition" and a floor that has just been layed we consider to be "In good condition".

Other aspects that can effect prices are repairs, different types of wood, styles of flooring and types of sealer needed, for example a Parquet floor would need more work and take a little longer to prepare than a Pine strip floor, Oak sands easier than Pine and a basketball court would need a harder more expensive sealer than a residential dwelling.

*The prices listed on the other side of this page are based on wood floors in average condition and are subject to site survey, When a full site survey is not carried out before we arrive, Our prices will not include additional repairs to sub-floors and making good, this work can be carried out but additional charges will apply and agreed with our client before being carried out.

Our payment terms are payment on completion for 1 - 2 day jobs, for jobs scaling longer than 2 days a 40% deposit is required to be cleared at the start of the job and the remaining 60% to be paid to our fitters on completion.

It is standard practise for our fitters to collect final payment on completion.

We give free site visits within the hours of 9:30 - 4:30 Mon - Fri Before and After these hours a charge of £35.00 is required to be paid to our estimator..
This is refundable and will be deducted off your final bill if the works are carried out by us.

Our Prices include all materials, Spot filling, 3 Coats of high quality Polyurethane Matt. silk matt or gloss finish waterbourne sealer by Bonakemi, Pallman, Blanchon,Granwax or Beckers Acroma, upto 1 hour labour for repairs, however we do have to charge to dispose of carpets and Dust, Usually local councils will collect this free.
