Although a cheap offer from a so called bonified company may seem great news, Please beware as The quality of these so-called tradesman is very under par, they make excuses not to stain your floors, Insist that gap filling is impossible and besides seemingly not knowing in general what they are doing, half the time do not even bother turning up.

I have just received yet another call from someone that has not been happy with a cheap sanding service they have used, Im afraid that we cannot drop our rates to come and re-do these jobs properly for you.

Please ask whoever comes to price your floors for references, and be aware that if the job sounds too cheap, then you will probably get what you pay for.
